When I took the SAT my junior year in high school, it did not go very smoothly. I wanted to get a higher score, and after meeting with a tutor, I got exactly that. Every week we would cover the weak point in work I had done over the week, and then would work towards mastery of that particular skill. My tutor did an amazing job of pressing the importance and pay off of hard work. What I put into studying was what I was going to get out of it. I did several practice SATs, and they were hard. The whole thing was hard. But it was worth it, and I recommend their services highly.
